No CV. No forms. No waiting.

Most job apps are built for people who already have a résumé. Emploi is built for the electrician who is free on Thursday and wants a job within four kilometres of home.

Jobs come to you, nearest first

The first card is the closest job you can actually get to. Distance sets the order, not who paid the most to be seen.

Swipe right and you have applied

Right saves and applies. Left skips, and a skipped job stays recoverable. Your profile of skills, rating, work areas and photos is the application.

Talk to the person hiring

Accepted, invited or still deciding, the conversation happens in the app. No agent in the middle, no number handed to a stranger before you want it there.

Work you can walk, ride or bus to.

Every job and every worker sits on a real point on the map. Emploi starts with what is closest and works outwards, for the person looking for work and for the employer looking for them.

How far will you go?

4 jobs within 2 km

No. 4 is the furthest: about 7 min by bike or scooter.

Example jobs and rough travel times, not live listings.

Post at nine. Hear back by lunch.

A shop, a site, a kitchen, a household. If you need someone this week, you should not be paying a listing fee and waiting for a portal.

    1. Post the job

Title, category, description, an hourly rate or a fixed price, one-time or regular, a photo, and where it is. The address becomes a point on the map, so the job reaches the people who are near it.

    2. Watch applicants land

Interested workers arrive as they swipe. Open a profile for skills, completed jobs, rating and reviews, then accept or reject. Every applicant is in one list per job.

    3. Or go and find them

Browse workers near your site, filter by skill, and invite someone who has not seen the listing yet. They can accept or decline from their applications tab.

    4. Close the loop

Message to settle the details, mark the job filled, and rate each other when it is done. Ratings follow both sides, so a good worker and a good employer both build something worth having.

    5. An illustrative morning, not a promised one.

    Hiring means meeting a stranger.

We treat that as the hard part. Verification is optional, and it is real: a document check plus a live camera challenge, held apart from the profile everyone else can see.

    The job, in your language.

Eight Indian languages, and not just the buttons: the job descriptions too. Translation happens on the phone itself, so it still works on a weak signal, and a private message stays private.

    Let me in.

    1. Press the button. An email opens to support@emploi-swipejobs.com with your city filled in.
    2. Send it. We write back to the address it came from.
    3. Emploi is in closed testing on Google Play, for invited testers only. There is nothing to download from this page today.

Emploi started in Hyderabad and works anywhere in India. Workers and employers are both welcome, wherever you are.
